MACHINE PLASTER APPLICATION

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Machine Gypsum is a building material prepared directly after the calcination and separation processes of natural gypsum (98% pure).
Machine plaster all kinds of bricks, briquettes, gas concrete, concrete etc. It can be applied on surfaces without using any auxiliary substances.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE TO BE MADE WITH MACHINE PLASTER

The surface to be applied must be free from dust and oil. In very hot weather, wetting the surface on which plaster plaster will be applied prevents cracking and shedding of plaster after application. If plaster plaster is to be applied to wooden and metal surfaces, the surface that the plaster will come into contact with should be covered with a protective material (pitch, paint, etc.). In ceiling applications, the surface should be roughened before application.

PREPARATION OF MACHINE PLASTER MORTAR

The container in which the mortar will be prepared must be clean and free from the residues of the previous mixture. The mortar is prepared at the rate of 10 kg of drywall plaster to 7 liters of water. First, water is poured into the container, then the plaster of the plaster is added slowly and it is waited for about two minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. Then, a homogeneous mortar is obtained by mixing it by hand or with the help of a hand mixer. Water or gypsum should not be added during and after mixing to prevent the gypsum from clumping.

APPLICATION OF MACHINE PLASTER MORTAR

mksuy1.jpg (20559 bytes) Before the application, aluminum slabs are placed on the wall with a vertical distance of 150 cm. BMT machine plaster is applied between the slabs in horizontal stripes from top to bottom. After 5-10 minutes, the mastering process is done. When the plaster does not move when touched with a finger, correction is made with a trowel. Approximately 30 minutes after the smoothing process, the plaster is slightly wetted and the clover process is performed. After 15-20 minutes, it is smoothed with a steel trowel. If necessary, polishing is done with a steel trowel after 1-2 hours.
