TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Sheathing; It is the exterior coating of the thermal insulation board made of xps, rock wool or eps materials with the help of bonding material and dowels. The most important principles of sheathing are also known as these materials we mentioned. So, why do we need materials such as eps, xps and rock wool and how do we provide this process in the best way? Let's try to dwell on these questions for a while.

Before answering these questions, let's get to know xps, eps and rock wool materials more closely. Materials such as xps, eps and rock wool are known for their physical solid properties. Such materials are minimally affected by physical conditions, so we can also express them as the sine qua non of the sheathing technique.

The material called polystyrene foam is inflated with the help of gases similar in structure to pentane and pentane. After this process, materials such as xps and eps are obtained. We can briefly describe these materials as hard and durable foam accumulation.

such as column grooves, jamb bottoms, sill bottoms). The scaffolding must be fully tiled with work platforms at each working level and there must be at least two next to each other. Thus, the masters have the opportunity to work uninterruptedly along the rope. These work platforms should be steel and wrought iron if possible.

It should prevent slipping in rainy and humid weather. In addition, a kick plate to be attached to the planks prevents hand tools and materials from falling down, or covering the work scaffold with tarpaulin will ensure the safety of both the employees and the environment. The fact that the scaffold is steel increases the risk of power tools. In this respect, a grounded ethane network that gives branch to the scaffold on each floor should be established and electrical appliances should be energized at the shortest point. If the crane and pulley equipment, which pulls material to the upper floors, is mounted at any point of the pier, the fixings of the opposite side of the pier should be tightened or a reinforcement axle should be added.

This point should be surrounded by a safety strip. If the application is carried out in the multi-storey building that is inhabited, the residents should be warned in terms of their children and it should not be overlooked that it is possible for young active children to emulate the workers on the pier and go to the pier from the windows and balconies, and if necessary, they should be asked to fix the windows and doors that open to the outside.

This will also be convenient from a safety point of view. In addition, if the scaffolding is built on the main entrances and exits in the inhabited buildings, making marquises from a temporary material in the form of a tunnel (Plywood - OSB) eliminates many troublesome situations. Since it is not known how far the paint and mortar material flying from the top floor of a 30 m high building will go during plaster and paint application, it stains the cars in the vicinity. In this respect, it is necessary to work with a tarpaulin, if it is not possible, the widest safety strip should be applied.
In high-rise buildings, the vertical length of the facade and the corresponding excess of horizontal distances make the applications and solutions more special than low-rise buildings.
