White Cement Based Hand Plaster (White Appearance on Facades)

 

AREA OF USE

It is used for plastering on brick, gas concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, briquette wall and ceiling surfaces indoors and outdoors.

It provides the function of coarse and fine plaster together with a single layer application.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surface must be free of mold oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing substances.

Before the application, the repair of cracks and holes should be done with the same material or appropriate Integrated repair mortars.

If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.

Pre-spreading should be done with PRIMEL PLUS® 1 day before the application on all surfaces.

The application is started immediately after the surface dries.

 

MORTAR PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

AKTEK® is prepared by mixing ready-mixed plaster by machine or by hand (10.5-11.5 lt water/50 kg bag).

The application thickness should be between 1 cm and 2.5 cm in one coat. If the thickness is more than 2.5 cm, the second layer is applied with a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm after the first layer has set. The prepared mortar is applied with a plaster shovel or trowel and leveled.

After this process, when the plaster hardens enough, the plaster surface is trifiled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge.

 

CONSUMPTION

Approximately 13 kg/m² for 1 cm plaster thickness
