White Cement Based Machine Plaster (White Appearance on Facades)

 

AREA OF USE

It is applied to brick, gas concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, briquette wall and ceiling surfaces indoors and outdoors.

 

FEATURES

It creates a solid ground with its high adhesion and strength strengths.

It provides easy and fast application with the machine.

 

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The application surface must be free of mold oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing substances.

Before the application, the repair of cracks and holes should be done with the same material or appropriate Integrated repair mortars.

If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.

Pre-spreading should be done with PRIMEL PLUS® 1 day before the application on all surfaces.

The application is started immediately after the surface dries.

 

MORTAR PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

It is mixed with AKMATIK ready-mixed plaster mixing and spraying machine (11-12 lt water/50 kg bag) and sprayed on the surface.

The application thickness should be between 1 cm and 2.5 cm in a single layer. If the thickness is more than 2.5 cm, the second layer is applied with a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm after the first layer has set. The surface is mastered.

After this process, when the plaster hardens enough, the plaster surface is trifiled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge.

 

CONSUMPTION

Approximately 13.5 kg/m² for 1 cm thickness
