Cement Based Ready Thin Satin Putty

 

AREA OF USE

It is used indoors and outdoors, on concrete surfaces, trifiled cement plastered surfaces, gypsum plaster and plasterboard surfaces to obtain a smooth, ready-to-paint finish surface.

 

Available in white and gray color options.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

 

The surface to be applied must be free of substances such as mold oil, dust, paint. The loose parts with low adherence should be removed from the surface. Precautions should be taken against dusting on plastered surfaces. Integrated products should be used for filling purposes on gypsum plaster and gypsum surfaces. After moistening the surface, the application can be started.

 

MORTAR PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

 

Appropriate amount of water (9 lt water/ 25 kg bag) is put into the mixing bowl. Powder material is added and mixed with a low speed hand mixer. The mortar, which is rested for 5 minutes, is mixed until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. The prepared mortar is applied with a steel trowel. Application thickness is 2-3 mm. In thicker applications, the first layer is applied in two layers with sufficient hesitation.

A fine sanding can be done to obtain a smooth surface.

 

CONSUMPTION

1.1 kg/m2 for 1 mm thickness.
