TECHNICAL DATA SHEET INTEGRATED ACRYLIC FINISH EXTERIOR PAINT Acrylic Emulsion Based, Water Based Exterior Paint with High Covering Value

 

AREA OF USE

 

It is used as a decorative and surface protective paint on conventional plaster, concrete, gas concrete, exposed concrete, chipboard, betopan, brick, putty surfaces and old painted exteriors.

 

FEATURES

 

It has breathability (water vapor permeability) in its acrylic binder structure.

Low water absorption

Resistant to atmospheric conditions, sun rays, friction and abrasion, protecting the surfaces on which it is applied.

It provides the protection of the aesthetic appearance with its dirt-repellent feature.

Adheres well to the surfaces to which it is applied.

APPLICATION

 

SURFACE PREPARATION

 

The application surface must be free of mold oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing substances.

Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with the same material or appropriate Integrated repair mortars.

Newly made conventional plastered surfaces min. 21 days (20 °C) should be waited for the plaster to set.

 

 

PRODUCT PREPARATION AND APPLICATION METHOD

 

Before painting, INTEGRATED ACRYLIC BASED SILICONE PRIMER must be applied to newly plastered surfaces.

INTEGRATED ACRYLIC FINISHING EXTERIOR PAINT should be thinned with 10-20% water by volume and applied in 2 coats with a brush or roller on the prepared surfaces, and a minimum of 6 hours should be waited between the coats, depending on the environment, temperature and humidity.

 

CONSUMPTION 10-12 m² with 1 liter in one coat
