Machined Gypsum Plaster Applications

Gypsum mortar prepared with a plaster machine is sprayed between the slabs. With the aluminum gauge, the anolar is taken as a reference and the filled surface is smoothed. Excess mortar is scraped off.

After this process, the mortar on the surface is left as it is and the other ano is filled.

Before the plaster mortar starts to set, the surface is polished with a trowel. After about 1 hour, the polished surface is sprinkled with water, the surface is polished with trifil and polished with a trowel.
